This year's recipient(s) were 8th graders Ida Claude, Miette Hennessy, Angelica Ketcham, and Carolyn Mei, for their project "In the Grey Area - How Operation Greylord Changed America's View of Justice". The girls' research included travel to the Chicago FBI headquarters as well as the National Archives in Washington, D.C.
